The owners/workers are the best! Prices are reasonable and it's not to far from where I live, which is very convenient. Never had any issues with weather or critters. I always recommend them when asked about storage units!

Best storage place in town, great staff! Secure storage, stored things there for years, moved to a new home and wanted to have closer storage moved things to Sherman self storage, two months later lock cut ripped off. Moved everything back to Oscars.

Thumbs down! Had a few problems getting in due to the keypad and gate not working, Tony gave me his personal cell #. Fast forward a couple years and came to unload a truckload of furniture from moving someone and find a red lock on my door. A little confused since I always paid on time I called a couple times until I got ahold of him. No explanation and was told to call Monday. No one there at 8am so called him again. He said to call back after 9 and hung up on me and texted me to lose his number! Gave a vacate notice after lock came off, still no apology or reason for being locked out. Only can assume it was a mistake but will never know. Not cool the way I was treated. Clearly a customer that pays on time for nearly 4 years means nothing to this business!

Renting from Sharon was very good... I cleaned my Unit on September 23rd... and called to tell Sharon I was done and it was all clean. When I called... Robert, the manager answered.. when I asked to talk to Sharon.. rudely said she wasn't there he was the manager I could talk to him... I politely told him I rented a Unit... in Bldg 1.. #37... and that i had moved everything out and cleaned it and was all done... he said ok... n we hung up... sooo now... in the mail dated Oct 4.. I get a LATE NOTICE... WHAT...???? do you not take care of business Robert... Sharon would had taken care of this right away... NOPE... wont be back to use your business again... n will be sure to spread the word... TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM... NOW
