They were terrible fir grooming appt we were late and they would not take us. We will never stop their again and neither will my family or friends which I have a lot of..You will loose a lot of buisness. You should have tried to make acomidations.. oh well your lose.

Knowledgeable staff, decent variety of fish most of the time but we consistently lose about 25% of the fish we buy within a couple days of purchase. We have five tanks so we buy quite a few.

I scheduled a grooming for 6:00pm May 18th. After driving 30 minutes to bring my dog in I enter the grooming room. A gal from the back curtly asks what I need. After telling her I am here for my dog’s appointment she tells the other employee “that’s yours” . The young girl looked at me briefly before going back to her grooming as she says “so we actually tried contacting you. We aren’t able to get your dog in unless you were able to come at 5:30. We had a groomer call out so we are closing early.” Keep in mind I arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45. They told me they couldn’t do the grooming and I would need to reschedule because they are leaving at 7pm instead of 9pm. I received no phone call, no voicemail, not even an email asking me to come in early or I would have. After looking back at my email they didn’t even cancel the appointment until 5:38pm so I had no idea until after their made up cut off time had passed. We then had to drive 30 minutes all the way back home to take our dog back before we could drive back into town to do the errands we had intended to do while she was being groomed. This seems absolutely crazy that I wasn’t contacted and then just expected to show up 30 minutes early, then told they were going to be leaving early rather than staying open so now they couldn’t do our groom.
