1. Price: Diesel was 38 and 42 cents per gallon more than the two gas stations just down the road by Hyatt (and they charge extra if you’re not paying cash (so actually 43 and 47 cents per gallon more)!2. Receipt printer at pump was broken, had to wait in line for 15 mins to get a receipt (only one person working at counter with a line).3. For automobiles, the pump cuts you off at $100… so if you have a diesel truck (especially at these prices), expect to get about 3/4 tank4. Bathroom was filthy.5. Lobby area is under construction…and pretty loud construction…much more than mildly irritating.

Purchased Cinnabon's 4 for $15. Very disappointing when I opened up the box. You might want to hire a new Cinnabon maker. Had to throw them away.

Love that the showers are always clean.My husband and I come here often while on our 34 hr reset . Employees are always nice . Keith is always friendly and gives us extra towels . Keep up the good work .

I'm still deciding what's worse. The poor condition of the facilities and store itself. Or the "I could care less and rude attitude of the employees " Do better people this place is an absolute disgrace to the Flying J brand.

The service department really shafted me. I had a gal side swipe me and bend a rim. I needed a new wheel. I called them and he said he’d get it done when I got there. 5 minutes later I was there. He then told me it’d be tomorrow as he just took in a truck for a PM and wouldn’t spare the 5 minutes to swap out the tire onto the new wheel and mount it back up.

No soap in the dispenser in the shower, no soap in the dispenser by the sink either. I wasted my time waiting in line for a shower for what? Flying J has been nothing but problems since my company switched from Love's to Pilot/Flying J.

Staff here was helpful and respectful. Took a 34 hr reset here. Food was good at the Denny's, nice waitresses. There is a two washer four dryer laundry area. Also a little Casino area in drivers lounge area

TikTok videos about this place is really disgusting they ever had there truck put away on the floor still sitting there for weeks.Only thing is good there is p js pizza service as a cashier they don't follow instructions

Gong show. New management is clueless. Long lines. Fuel pumps reading error message but lanes are open. Fuel receiptMachine rarely has ink. There is dried vomit in the bathroom for 2 weeks. New staff have not received adequate training. Showers and toilets get cleaned with face cloths and towels that are also used as guests towels. Just gross.

Stopped gas and food immediately saw employees makin nasty faces at me for reason when I walked inside. After a few minutes of gettin any service walked out and decided to leave and get gas and food elsewhere. This establishment is run by bigots and avoid it at all cost. I’m from Iowa and have felt unsafe in life till this happened to me

Sioux Flying J is managed by nothing more than Ghetto trash. They allow bobtail trucks to park and take over the rv parking. My wife and I are RV Transporters and we never park in the truck parking area. A simple fix put up a sign stating absolutely no trucks. If you're an rv'er good luck finding a spot in the rv parking. This Flying J is pathetic along with the Dennys that's always nasty and closes early. The bathrooms and showers are usually nasty as well. Stay away or you might catch something you don't want.

A waitress at the Dennys refused service to two black truckers and after waiting 30 minutes they asked politely for service she called the police and had them removed . I think she is the wife of the owner.

So, if you are of dark skin, or of melanin, I would not go to this truckstop because the Denny's is subpar. Their service is probably the worst service I've ever experienced in my life and based on all the other yelpers, it seems like this Denny's is racist they have on more than one of occasions had situation's that are not of a favorable outcome with their guests. So like I said, if you're a truck driver and you're of dark skin, not Caucasian, this Denny's would not be the place for you to eat at because it seems like the waitresses don't want to serve people of dark skin, or of melanin. They are on TikTok they have videos of the waitresses being racist for no reason.

reviews already suck, I watched a tik tok video which showed a racist waitress who called police on customers who had been waiting 15 minutes or do to place their order to eat, she was rude and used her white privilege to call the cops, because she couldn't do her job and police came in hot ,rude and asked them outside.
