Well I gotta say the biggest problem was what they charged. They advertise pedicures from 20 to 35 dollars. There was 3 of us. My sister who was from out of town paid and to my falling down shock 😲 told me she was charged 250 dollars. I'm wanting to go in and complain but will it really help? I totally understand why the place was completely dead while every other place in that strip mall was busy

I was treated like a long lost friend.
Very nice to have them talk to the customers and not just each other.

I arrive today @10:30am. I asked for a mani w/ dip powder and a pedicure, there was one person being serviced. The woman started the water for my pedicure, she explained that one pedicure was $42, basic, and the spa pedi was $50, which I opted for, she never stated that they charge extra for a gel pedi, which I’ve never gotten, she gave me the color swatches, I didn’t see anything that I liked. Once finished with the first customer, she showed me some different options, we settled on a color. She was very rough with my feet, first by using a drill to remove my current color? I asked if she had acetone/regular polish remover, she said no. She then cut all of my toenails very unevenly! I asked if she could be a little gentle with the cuticle snippets because she was hurting me. She put on a topcoat, not base coat and put my foot under a UV light, I explained that I don’t use those for safety reasons, she ignored and kept going. Then when she applied polish, it was not covering my toes entirely, I mentioned it, and she kept using snippers, and further snatching my cuticles until they were bleeding! I asked her to stop, she then took the drill to remove the polish again I asked about nail polish remover, she said we don’t use acetone! I get up to pay, and she’s yelling that I owe her $55, I said you’re charging me, and you haven’t apologized for cutting me, the unprofessional paint job, and cutting my nails unevenly!!! We went back and forth, only for her to offer a $5 discount. The situation was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. I even asked if the other nail tech, that came in 40 minutes after I arrived, could do my nails, she spoke to the young woman in their language, I’m sure telling her not to service me! I would never recommend any get their nails serviced there! The only beautiful thing about this experience is, there was a customer being serviced by the other tech, who was so sweet, even offering to pay for half of the ridiculous $50 bill. She had witnessed the entire interaction between us. I was glad that someone also thought that this was ridiculous!

We asked if there would be a wait for pedicures, lady said no right now. Started our water and then we waited 45 minutes for them to rush through our services. I’m 9 months pregnant, I informed the lady I really just came for a good rub and maybe it’ll help induce labor. They rub lotion on your calves and that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend for $75

My granddaughter and I went for pedicures. We had a basic pedicure. Regular polish. Nothing extra. I was charged $95. I wasn’t sure what the price was since I only go about once a year. The website shows a pedicure is $20. I believe the last time I went here the same thing happened. I was charged more than should have been. They try to throw other things at you to inflate their price.

Do not go here. Cut multiple times, rude owner wasn’t listening to me when I said it hurt and yanked my hand away multiple times. She even got mad when I yanked my hand out from under the led lamp because IT BURNED! Nails are not properly shaped and some of the acrylics are shaved down to my nail on the sides! There are bumps under my nail and parts where the color bled. There is a comparison of what I wanted as the last photo. Despite it being matte black you can see through the color in the day time. The only good thing was the sweet nail tech my friend got. Otherwise never going back not worth the price!

I highly recommend you do not visit this place! I walked in and was quoted $20 for a manicure. she didn't cut any cuticles, use any lotion, or anything that is included in a typical manicure. the paint job was terrible. there was red nail polish everywhere.I asked her to try to clean up some of the paint and she told me she hasn't used regular nail polish in months and that she is only good at gel polish... Next problem: this place is not sanitary. there was residue/glitter from past customers and it appeared none of the tools were cleaned in between guests. Finally I get up to the counter to pay and she charged me $32... for a regular polish change. crazy!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before coming here!

I went in for a manicure and it lasted all of 15 from start to finish (drying nails). The lady spent minimal time and was uninterested in doing a quality job. I had a hard time in good conscious paying $32 for the manicure

The lady cut me 3 times and the acrylic she used burned when I called back the next day to get a refund to get them taken off she yelled at me no refunds and told me to go to a doctor I have had to put in a complaint to cosmetology department and to the better business bureau because these nails could send me to the doctor do not go here I’d give it 0 stars if I couldServices: Nail art
