Bought a used elliptical that tarted to make incredibly loud groaning noises. Sprayed belt conditioner on the belts, which reduced the noise to a 'swishing' sound, but wanted it fixed for good, so called Push Pedal Pull to have someone come look at it. It took us calling him multiple times to get this scheduled; k, whatever. He came, quoted us $300 and said it was 2 belts needing replaced ($50/belt + labor/time). He said he'd call us the week after. Again, we had to call him to get scheduled. He then came an hour early, so had to leave work earlier than planned. We left him in garage to fix; recall the $300 quote included his time.... We come in garage to check on him, and he is very obviously on a personal phone call. He gets done fixing it, I get on to try it out, and it sounds EXACTLY the same, literally no change in the 'swishing' sound. He THEN says it's our fault we used belt conditioner, which wasn't mentioned at all as a risk or problem in his quote or prior to fixing it. Regardless, this very well may be true but then what exactly am I paying you $300 for? There has been NO CHANGE to the sound or use of the machine, I am out now hours of time (had to leave work both for the quote and for the fixing), AND get to pay you $300? No thanks. I said as much to the guy, and he became instantly defensive & really quite rude and visibly angry (which is probably the most disconcerting part of this process), said FINE like a toddler, and that he'd just take the new belts off and put the old belts back on. My husband came inside to ask me if that's what we should do, so literally he was gone for 10-15 seconds, and we came back out to the garage to discuss alternatives or further fixing, and he said he was already done putting the old belts back on (in 15 seconds???) and that was that. We were not offered any other option or solutions. Literally useless and a waste of time. The old belts are now back on, it does in fact sound the EXACT same as with the new belts. Most upset about the poor customer service (I'm sorry you are visibly angry with me that I am not willing to accept this shoddy example of work and pay you $300 for a literally unchanged issue, and you offered ZERO alternative solutions), though the waste of my hourly time @ work is also super cool.

I recently went in and was looking at a functional trainer weight machine and the process was super quick and easy. He answered all of my questions (even the ones I hadn’t thought to ask), delivery was pretty quick (about a week out), they set it up and it’s a dream!!! I called them like a month later because my overwhelming desire for symmetry in my home gym took over and they were there that same afternoon to help me move it!!! They absolutely go above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new equipment to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Went in 2 times and dealt with 2 different people. Both men were pleasant and very informative on their own treadmills they sell and even the ones they don’t to help me find the one I wanted. Both seemed to actually use the products they sell which is a boon to product confidence. They were negotiable and price, and we’re quite easy to finance at 0% with. Bought a spirit brand treadmill 1 year ago and waiting to review to put it through some work. Held up very nicely.
