Staff not friendly. Shelves not stocked. No sense of what customers want or need as they pander to lowest expectations. Very hard to justify membership when prices are similar to grocery store prices.

Long time Sam's Club member and have purchased many tires and batteries. but lately the service at the automotive center has been horrible at the the Sioux Falls Sam's Club. I have called to schedule tire repair or battery installation and they always claim they are busy and need to schedule 2-3 days out but when you go to the store there are no cars in the bays and the staff is just standing around. Very surprised Sam's Club management does not supervise these guys. Costco much better

I always get gas here but my gas tank is on the passenger side. They have really faint arrows painted on the ground the direct traffic but it's pretty much like the wild wild west and I end up waiting 90% longer than someone with their tank on the driver's side because no one directs traffic and or knows how to follow the arrows

My experience was completely awful. I drove over four hours to come to that store and spend money. when I left they had kept my ID. That was a mere accident. When I called the store I spoke with several different managers and they told me they would not mail it to me it was against their policy. Once finding a manager that agreed to mail it to me three weeks later still no ID. After calling the store for different times I’ve never received my ID back. And not once did anybody from the store ever try and contact me. I will never step foot back in that store again.

Arrived at the store in Sioux Falls, SD. There was a young woman and man at the front door. She stated to me "I need to see your work badge." I had no idea what she meant plus we were all wearing masks and it's hard to understand. I asked, "Why do you need that?" The woman, got aggressive and stated, "You can't get in without your work badge." After a few minutes she finally explained to me that from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the store was serving healthcare workers (which I am for 41 years) and EMS. I showed them my nursing license and that satisfied the young no customer service young woman to let me in. I walked in and another Sans club woman approached me, Do you have your badge?" I looked at her and said I showed it at the front door. Is this how Sams club treats healthcare workers? All I can say is wow, that store needs some education is customer service and professional communication. How about saying Good Morning and explain what you are doing? Good grief.

Sam's club in Sioux Falls is the best and here is why! This is what I experienced at Hy-Vee Vermillion! SERVICE? NO!! I called Saturday to find out about the "service" that they have that you can place an order, if you are high risk, and they do the shopping and you can now use your EBT card. I am high risk because of my age and medical conditions. I was told on Saturday that you could do it any day between 7 and 10 a.m.. I didn't place an order that day. Sunday I called to p

Very disappointed in Sams club today. Called to make sure they had a case of Nathan's 1/4 hot dogs in stock before I drove 100 miles and was told yes. When I arrived I was told they don't carry Nathan's by the case anymore. I was also disappointed with the lack of hand sanitizer in the store to use with the corona going around. After all the years of being a member it might be coming to and end.

I think we will NOT be renewing our membership at Sam's Club! A lot of packages like this and when I told the manager she got on her walkie and stated..."There's a customer here claiming the whole unit is full of rotten chicken". As she rolled her eyes. So I proceeded to pull my phone out and show her the picture. Needless to say I was watched like a hawk as I was trying to clean a table to sit my child down to eat. Which by the way is ALWAYS filthy. I pay good money for a membership and do expect a clean environment and safe food to purchase. Smh.
