I called to asking about their loan details and options. Since I already have an account the person that answered said "just go online." After I explained that I understood that but wanted to talk to someone first, he checked with the loan guy, but that person was busy. The person that answered the call kindly took my name and number and stated the loan person would call me back likely next week. That was 2 months ago and still waiting. Never received a call back.

Very clean facility. I like the ease of access. The employees are courteous and friendly. I also recently applied for an auto loan. Gaby and Dawn in member services made it easy and pain-free. I realize they are not at this facility but they were the employees I had the most recent interaction.

69th & Cliff : Staff are helpful and pleasant. I actually feel sorry for them...big job mentoring us on those crazy machines!! This CU is the closest to my house but I refuse to use it....the drive ups are ridiculous! Not sure who designed them but they need to re-think this mess. It takes a "tutorial" and then some, to figure out how to use the drive up! It's a total waste of time. The reason I use the DRIVE UP is for convenience and limited time. I refuse to use Cliff Ave., due to the process taking three times longer. Thank you.

People always pleasant friendly and get the job done. Only problem is when mobile app was updated alot of seniors needed help to navigate and enroll a little help from the people not on the floor would have been nice. Not everyone is computer savvy. Otherwise I like levo banking and will stay.

I doNot like how this bank is set up! Don’t like the drive up the way it works! Don’t like the location either! Really thinking of going to a different bank! One that is more user friendly!

I don’t use my branch because it has no drive-through. It feels like this expensive facility was built to keep customers out. Since the customers are actually the owners, this was a poor idea.

This is for levo as a whole. They actually de-enrolled me from online banking a couple months ago. Eventually called in and will need to re-register online. Even though I had an active account. I just don’t understand with their IT department or whoever was thinking? This is why people move to big banks, never had this happen before with any bank.

Website lists drive up open until 6. They don't even have one at all. They have 3 atm's.

I cannot tell you enough that you should not go to Levo Credit Union for a loan. I made this mistake. Two of my loans were messed up and if I wasn’t so organized I would have late fees. Now they are saying my vehicles aren’t insured even though I gave the info initially and I also submitted it via email and received a response saying they would put info in. Worst bank ever!!!!!
