First walking in the store's a bit dated and probably could use a little revamping. However, where the store lacks character and interest. The staff picks up and brings it all together. The on-site manager krystal is not only extremely Polite and helpful But she is awesome with her staff and co-workers. The staff seems very educated on the products and items in the store and are very helpful. Polite, and there is a awesome amount of customer service skills going on in this building. And if for some reason they don't have what you're looking for which they have everything plus in that store, they will figure out a way to get it to you or look it up and explain how to best help you and your situation for what you're trying to purchase if they Don't carry it they always seem to come up with And/or Figure out a way to lead you in the right direction. However, my favorite part of this shop beyond the friendly service, the smiles as I walk through the door is there a mascot pork chop Who is not only their loving guard dog.But an emotional support pet to so many customers and guests that come in.He warms their hearts and put smiles on their faces as bringTreats scratches and love what a neat atmosphere in place altogether almost has a family feel to it. Thank you to all the staff and management at Smokin Deals For everything they do and help provide their customers and a special. Good looking out to pork chop. Couldn't a matter better mascot, pet or frien!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable. The prices are very good to reasonable all depending on what you're buying, whether it be from kratom to other items. Great music clean store. Always great to do business there!

First time in the shop. Just what I would like in a shop. Quick in and out, the guy answered questions when asked without hovering around, and I got what I was looking for.
