Staybridge has become our go-to hotel for road-trips. The room in this building was a little older than others we’ve stayed in, but it was still comfortable and had the same amenities. My only complaint is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Only shampoo attached to the shower wall and a small bottle of dish soap in the kitchenette. I’ve never been in a hotel room without hand soap. ?♀️

The best Staybridge Suites we have stayed at! Very dog friendly. The front desk staff was so excited to meet our dog. Our room was nice. Breakfast was delicious with so many options.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! When I stayed there the latch on the bathroom door wouldn’t release when I closed the door to take a shower. I was stuck in the bathroom and the door would not open. The latch wouldn’t release from the strike plate. This is one of the times I didn’t take my phone with. I had to actually kick a hole in the door to get out. I called the front desk to tell them what happened and all she said was I must have locked the door. That’s funny the door locks from the inside. What if this would have been someone too old to get out or my wife? They switched rooms but weren’t concerned at all about the situation. They said the General Manager would be in the next morning, that they couldn’t do anything. I stayed at the hotel to talk to the GM, but she wouldn’t come out of her office. I left a message to have her call. What a joke she is! She never did call but had the front desk call instead telling me I didn’t have to pay for the door but she would give me 2500 points. She is a joke! I think her name is Darcy I could be wrong. The hotel was never concerned this could happen. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT SSAY HERE!

When looking online for a place to stay when traveling through, every hotel seemed to be around the $200 range so we picked this one for a small discount on our IHG account. It’s a really nice place, seems brand new in many places (maybe recently renovated). Clean! Young children don’t have to worry about them crawling on nasty floors.Location was near the interstate and great for us. Area felt safe - would be fine for staying alone.Bed was soft and comfy. Sink was outside the bathroom & had plenty of counter space. Queen suite had a full kitchen, would be a great place to stay long term.Hotel was quiet. Check in was fast and friendly…didn’t have to deal with customer service outside of that.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: Felt like a safe area

This was a good Staybridge stay for us. We also stayed at one in Omaha that was horrible. This location had the room we actually purchased and the room was very clean. We didn't have any issues at all other than some teenagers running around screaming which wasn't the fault of the hotel. I would stay at this location again.

We only stayed one night here. We travel quite a bit a prefer the staybridge with IHG or Homewood suites with Hilton because the space and the little kitchen areas and free breakfast with kids is always nice too! Over all the stay was fine. We didn't have any major issues. It was very snowy upon arrival in the afternoon. When we were going to be headed out for a fancy dinner a few hours later I asked about them shoveling the walks as the snow was over my shoes. I was told that is maintenance and they come and do it when they come. I asked if there was a shovel and I could do it for them but I was told they were unsure where the shovel is located? Seriously this is South Dakota and almost every business has a shovel in close proximity to the front door this time of year!? When we went to leave the front desk employee was out shoveling a small path so apparently the shovel was located safely. The rooms were spacious, beds and bedding comfortable. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms were nice and better for the environment! We had a strange plastic bag over one of our sprinklers in our room...not sure why. The hotel could use some fresh paint for sure and the smoke alarms and rusty vents need some TLC too. The pool and hot tub were great! One of the hottest tubs I have been in lately! Just again the ceiling above the pool needs repair for sure! Breakfast in the morning was ok. Food kept stocked but little attention to wiping the tables between guests which is pretty gross. Overall was ok visit. Met our needs but nothing to rave about!

Should NOT be apart of the IHG program! The front desk is clueless! Expected more! Needs an update!

I was in town for a meeting and stayed at this location. The common areas are clean and all staff encountered were friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillow made for a restful night. The kitchenette was handy! Travel safe...

I had a reservation, a reservation number, and a reservation confirmation number and email. I have stayed there for fifteen years. But this time? Who? What is your name? What is your confirmation number? I am sorry, say that last name again? blah blah. Ten minutes, of total blank slate. I finally gave up and booked down the street. Cmon staybridge, pay twelve bucks, hire stoners, lose customers. bye bye.

Found out IHG properties are owned by anyone who will purchase one of their properties, however they don't honor IHG rules. I guess I will now be writing to the Corporate Office!!!!

Very Unpleasant Stay. I would avoid this hotel. I read all of the great reviews of this hotel and decided to book it. We stayed at 6 different hotels on our journey across the country and this one was awful compared to the rest. Very rude front desk lady. We were a family moving across the country. Our car broke down two states away and we had postpone our booking. Every other IHG hotel quickly and kindly changed our bookings for us when we called to postpone our stays (one even upgraded us just to be kind because they knew we had been having a rough time and had incurred unexpected expenses). This was the only hotel that wouldn't change our booking, she charged us more money for changing dates and when we asked to cancel the booking instead so we could find a cheaper place to stay, she refused to do that and said our credit card would still be charged for 1 nights stay even though we were still 3 days away from our booking. We arrived and the hotel was full of workers who proceeded to have a party until 11pm. The party was broken up and then at 2:30am someone pulled the fire alarm. We were travelling with our small children who found this whole experience terrifying. We were in a one bedroom suite that was in need of maintenance and new furniture. The couch cusions had sunk down below the couch frame. The refridgerator motor in the room was broken and intermittently made this horribly loud noise. We took a video of it and the same front desk lady said she would get someone to fix it, but never did. After she went off duty at 5pm we went down again and the man working the front desk was horrified at how loud it was and promptly moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, this room also was also old and the furniture needed replacing. Again the couch cushions were down below the frame of the couch. We stayed a Staybridge Suite in Missoula, Montana - that was beautiful and updated and had a wonderful time there. The management/owners at this hotel have let it get run down

The woman at the front desk wouldn’t give my husband and I an upgrade even though we’re apart of IHG PROGRAM. And we qualified for it. She said the rooms she have available are too much of an upgrade. We didn’t understand how they ran out of rooms when we booked the room over three months ago. We were Platinum Elite members at the time. When we asked her this she looked like a deer in headlights. IHG PROGRAM isn’t good if every IHG hotel don’t honor the program. We join the program cause we travel a lot. Aside from that the room looked half clean and guest were loud especially next door.

Uncaring staff! After a long day of travel we were looking forward to a quiet night of sleep. A large construction crew was staying at the hotel and they proceeded to party and carry on starting at 5:30 p.m. This was taking place 15 feet outside our suite. I called the office for the first time at 9:30 p.m. asking them to please deal with the yelling and loud music. I was told by the female desk clerk that she would take care of it. NOTHING .... so I called again 15 minutes later only to be told that \"she would take care of it.\" NOTHING. So, down to the front desk I went to angrily express by dissatisfaction and told them it was very clear that the $$$ taken in by this large construction crew was more important than the other guests in the hotel. Again I was told it would be taken care of. NOTHING. Finally, at bit after 11:00 p.m. I called the front desk to complain again and spoke to a male desk clerk. FINALLY ... at about 11:15 the party was broken up. Needless to say we will not be staying at the hotel again, nor will we recommend it to others. The management needs a thorough session of conflict management.

A decent hotel and it is nice to have a larger room and kitchen. The breakfast is decent but nothing outstanding. Eggs, sausage, old bread, juice, coffee, and cereal. My room was on the north side and the freeway noise is loud and you will need earplugs. The website says full housekeeping but that only occurs every 7 days. The wifi is spotty and has problems. This is not a business hotel and there are no USB plugins in the room. I

Avoid at all costs. This is not up to Staybridge Suites quality. The room smelled awful, was super tiny with tiny beds, the lights are old and gross, no USB ports. Many construction workers live there, there are boots in the hallways outside the door, they lock the main entrance at 10 pm, and the front staff was very rude once I told them that the room was not up the quality of the brand that I am used to staying in. I was here with my family for 5 mins, felt very uncomfortable and grossed out, explained my concerns to the front desk staff and they would not provide me a refund. I have no idea why the hotel is rated so high, very misleading. Take your money to the brand new Staybridge a few miles south of here for a safe, comfortable visit.
