If I could give a zero rating I would. Second time my experience at Dawley Farms customer service was awful. Extremely Unfriendly. It would be one thing if the initial contact with the customer service was a friendly onepersonnel Time to delete my target account

This is the 2nd time I have tried to call this location in the past few months (online & answering message system states the store IS open), but when I call the phone rings but after several rings, it simply hangs up on me. So frustrating!

The garage cans out front, both of them, were overflowing with trash. And not just a small amount of overflowing. People had to put garbage on the top and ground. And it wasn’t just one day. It happened multiple days. Not exactly a good first impression.

It's always very dirty with product on the floor in clothing sections and there is a girl who works cashier everytime we go and is the rudest human..to everyone nit just us ..people tell her hi and thank you and she just stares back like why are you even speaking to me

The dressing rooms were filthy with huge dust bunnies on the floor. When I walked out and looked at the carpet it looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a month.

A Target team member overheard my son and I looking at spray paint today and helped us not only find what we needed but took us around the store to locate all other items. This team member was not approached for assistance, but, rather, heard us in need and came to help us. He was kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our shopping experience positive. It was the best customer service I have received from any business this year and it had a profound impact on my son. As a consumer and a Mother, I cannot sing the praises of this store's dedication to customers enough.

WORST TARGET EVER. Never any cashiers, extremely long lines as they make everyone do self checkout. Can't even do an exchange at there "Exchange/Return" counter! They would rather you only return there and then wait in the long line to make a purchase. Ridiculous! Only good thing I can say is that the pharmacy is good.

Dressing rooms were closed due to staffing issues. Approached 2 employees chatting. Claimed they didn’t have a key for dressing rooms. Instead of being attentive since they were NOT busy at all. A 3rd employee came up an said we do not have the key. Customer service employees had two employees standing around as well. I asked if someone could page someone with a key quick because I do not want to have to return an item. Poor customer service an complete lack of having any sense of helping.

Was there yesterday Saturday April 8th and was basically accused of stealing by self checkout employee with blue hair. Item on clearance didn't ring up due to it not being in the system, I know this because I used to work there. I thought I touched something wrong on the screen so I jokingly said "I think I pressed the wrong button." The self checkout employee with blue hair answered with an attitude "That's not from a button." Then the item had a price on it and she scanned it like she didn't believe that was the price, and it didn't ring up because it was on clearance.

They never have enough registers open, cutting costs to much. Frequently long lines at most times of day.
