I cannot recommend Third Avenue Lofts enough. I was moving here out of state and Mary was so helpful with signing the lease and the move in. She is so thoughtful and great at her job. Not only is the staff so nice and welcoming, the apartment is beautiful as well as the community room and fitness center. It is wonderful!!!

Great place to live. Mary was great to work with. Right across the street from Sunshine grocery store, and a few blocks from downtown. The building was always clean.
