But Phil makes it all better, he's the chillest and most friendly guy, he never judges me on what I buy or return, he jokes and makes you feel comfortable. Get this man a raise!”

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and always quick to point us in the right direction of where to find specific characters. We always come across something cool and unique, at a fraction of the cost of any other store we've come across. It's always fun to explore this place, and we look forward to our next visit!”

My Mom created (with help from numerous extremely kind and helpful staff) a bear to represent her passed husband who was in dessert Storm through the Army and had a recording of him talking to include with a heartbeat as well. Staff was AMAZING, giving so many additional suggestions that even made us more appreciative. Best ever, definitely recommend.”
