They were easy to deal with on both pickup and return. Any Employee even hooked up the trailer for me which was very nice. This is located at Audio Playground, there was no U Haul signage outside that I saw.

Patty (I'm pretty sure that was her name) was super friendly and helpful. If I need a Uhaul again I am definitely going back.

Customer service is painful and they think it's okay to double charge you without a refund.
