I was trying to return my Comcast equipment and the woman sent me to FedEx. FedEx then sends me back to UPS because they said Ups has a contract with Xfinity Comcast. I made sure to call before going and Eric was kind of enough to help me through all of the process. He was very knowledgeable and handled everything!

I make my Amazon returns at this store. Every time I have been assisted by Eric Douglas he has been patient and kind with me. I’m not very good with the computer and his assistance is helpful without being condescending. He gives the best customer service!

Ridiculous customer service experience. Returning items with a barcode I got from UPS website and they told me they don’t know what it is. Gave me attitude. They turned me away to load my heavy items back into my car. I called Louise location and they told me to walk back in and tell them to just scan it. Again with attitude they did, and the barcode worked. Extremely rude employees with no shame and no apology.

I called and said that I was running late and would be there a few minutes after closing time. Eric told me it would be okay and when I walked in with eight Amazon returns he helped me promptly and kindly I was very impressed. Thank you Eric!

I stopped in last week to ship an item, and was hoping to see them wrap and box it up. They were very busy and didn’t have time to let me watch, but promised to take great care of the item. Well they did a great job and I couldn’t be more thankful. Great service - great staff!

I hate when Amazon uses UPS for returns. This store always comes up with a reason that they cannot ship your return!!!!

Tried shipping two 10”x10” posters and the estimated price was $40 for four day shipping.Went to USPS instead and cost $5 for three day shipping.
