Store 2494, the Office Manager, Rebecca, was very rude and would not allow me to borrow tape to put my return label on the box and seal the box. She wanted me to buy an entire roll of strapping tape to put my label on my box. I will never do business there again. I took my items to another UPS store further away and that store was wonderful. The associate at that location helped me with everytthing.

Bailey helped me pack something fragile that was very sentimental , and it made to its destination safely! Very satisfied.

This store is farther away from me than the other 2 in town, but I keep coming back because Bailey is so kind, even when I am doing tons of Amazon returns. She’s great with customer service!

Becca and her team are absolutely wonderful and their new location is gorgeous. They have a ton of print equipment so they can really do anything in house. Definitely check it out!

Dropped package off to be delivered a month or so ago and still has not been received by company..my fault for not getting a receipt and for trusting the employee that she wi actually send my package back

Great service! Just needs a sign so it’s noticeable. The blue banners do have the UPS logo but you can barely see it if you’re driving on the road.

It's a pleasure doing business here. They know exactly how to pack things and get them safely to their new homes. I had a very valuable and fragile collectible going to California and they took more measures to help it stay whole than I would have ever dreamed. Great job.

We use this store for all of our printing for our Nonprofit, SiouxperCon.
First I want you to know how amazing everything looks coming out of this store.
They are professional, fast and great to work with.
Highly recommended for all Printing projects including photos, posters, save the date cards, thank you cards, flyers and more.
