My grandfather was in Florida for vacation and forgot some of his meds that he absolutely needed. So I sent them via UPS, for some reason UPS marked it as delivered. But the package was nowhere to be found, so I went to talk to them and they said well it says delivered but then there’s a note that says it was undeliverable. So they said it would be returned to the return address… okay whatever. So I wait, few days go by I go talk to them, they said they have no idea where the package was, and that in the system it shows it was returned to me. I assured them it wasn’t, they said 100 different things. So I decide to give it a few more days, nothing. I talk to them, same thing. So then another week goes by, I finally had enough. I went in told them it was medication my grandfather had needed, I was obviously not happy as I’d paid $20 to ship this package that was now seemingly missing. Well turns out, after I yelled at them, the lady went to the counter right behind her and found my package, sitting on the table and it had never even been sent out for delivery. UPS has gotten so bad over th last few years it’s absolutely insane, they never did give me my $20 back for the shipping either.

Don't clearly explain all charges and just hit ya with big number when time to pay. Package arrived on time. Somewhat friendly staff.

I always return at this UPS and usually have a decent experience....but now I have had 2 packages go missing that I returned at this location so am out that money

First time returning a couple items from Amazon. Ran there during lunch hour. Mike from behind the counter showed me where I need to go on the app to get the code and I was out in less than five minutes. Mike made it go smoothly.

Nothing less inviting when the staff just looks at you with contempt when you walk up to the counter. She was efficient though.

It was so quick and easy to ship my items! I utilized the packing service because I couldn't find a box that fit and I was honestly dreading the exchange but I was greeted and taken care of! I am very thankful to have had such a good experience.

I went to this location twice thinking maybe the first time I just had a bad experience. Nope second time was worse! The first time the representative reeked of weed and was less than helpful. Today the woman was just nasty! Never again. Go to another location if you need to use UPS

Very good and efficient. So easy to drop off Amazon returns. Friendly staff except one gal seemed liked she wasn’t in the helping mood. As I came to counter to pull up the bar code she snottily walked away and said “ I’ll come back when you’re ready”. Not nice. Every other employee has been over-the top nice

They messed up the sending address and I paid 23 dollars and then when I came back in after I figured out it was returned they made me pay again! Oh and for some reason I cant reply to their post but they still havent responded to me and its been more than a week after I sent an email. Would not recommend this place.
Edit: they still never contacted me after I sent them an email.
