Really helpful when I had a multi box General Delivery pickup today. Parcels were heavy so they lent me a cart to get them to my car. 6 star service!!!

They never answer the phone, and you can’t leave a voicemail because the box is full. This has been happening for years now.

Do not go here if you're needing help with mailing anything. The staff are rude, condenscending, and play at being willfully ignorant when anyone has questions. Just mail important parcels else where.

The service here is slower than molasses on Mars. And it is always 120 degrees BELOW ZERO there! When I arrived in the mid-afternoon of December 22, 2021, there were only 4 people in line in front of me. I thought to myself, "this should be rather quick." One of the first problems I observed was of the 5 available windows, only 2 were occupied with a clerk. However, shortly after I arrived and got in line, a woman actually had the nerve to walk in the building and immediately budged in line in front us, and her business at the window took at least 15 minutes which made EVERYONE'S wait (including mine, of course) 15 minutes longer. All of us waiting in line had to been very upset not only at this despicable woman, but also at the clerk at the window didn't instruct this arrogant snob to go to the back of the line, and wait to be serviced like all of the rest of us had to! In watching the clock on my cell phone, it took me a whopping 40 minutes until was finally able to walk up to a window to be serviced! 40 RIDICULOUS MINUTES!!! And all I had to do was mail a large envelope that needed to be weighed, have postage applied, and I was done in 60 seconds! This place badly needs an express lane for transactions that take a minimal amount of time. When I left, there were at least a dozen people waiting in line behind me. I felt sorry for these people as I couldn't imagine how long they would have to wait to be serviced. The whole experience a nightmare to say the least. ENOUGH SAID, THIS USPS LOCATION IS AN ABSOLUTE TIME KILLER, AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Every time in the past when I have had to drive to this location to pick up a package that needed to be signed for, the waiting in line was absurd. But not near as bad as what happened to me on this day, 12-22-2021. I would give this location a minus 1,000,000,000 stars if I could. I don't plan on utilizing this location anytime in the future unless I absolutely have to. NOT A CHANCE.

They're absolutely rude as hell! I came to pick up my letter that they refused to mail at my address for some reason and then they talked down on me like I was some child. Maybe they should fire those old guys and hire people with some actual customer service. Maybe then the post office wouldn't have such low ratings..

They stopped delivering mail to me on 12/1/23. After three days my mailbox was suddenly marked vacant and my name was removed. I’ve lived in this state for two years and I’ve had the same address the entire time. I called and started a report/claim because I certainly haven’t moved and was very curious what happened. My building manager also knew nothing of it. They pretended to be so helpful and explained that my mail would be at the post office for two weeks since I hadn’t put in a forwarding address. Two days after this phone call they put my name back in my mailbox but then for the next week and a half still failed to deliver any mail to me. So now we’re almost three weeks in and I have no mail. I go into the office in person to pick up the mail I was told was being saved there and to see why the issue had still not been resolved. They again sugar coat things and assure me they’re going to figure it out but they also failed to give me any of my mail. Everything was returned to sender immediately regardless of their assurance it was there. THE MAILMAN HIMSELF SUBMITTED DOCUMENTATION that I had moved and zero people decided to confirm that reality. He decided to submit this on my behalf after he delivered my mail to the wrong person and it was returned. Twice. He delivered my mail to the same wrong mailbox twice (there is a list of appt # and their correlating mailbox # at eye level) and then just decided to file paperwork for me. It is January 17 today and I haven’t gotten any mail all week. I have no tax stubs. I have no junk mail. I have no bills. I can’t get them on the phone. I’m genuinely at the end of my rope. No one I’ve talked to has ever heard of this happening and no one seems to care. Thanks Uncle Sam
