I can’t imagine why you won’t answer the phone. What are you running from? You are unable to get a payment from Sioux Falls to Des Moines Ia. Mailed on the 1st, made a phone payment today, still not delivered. No wonder you are a failed organization. For now on I’m going paperless, I suggest you all day the same. There’s no customer service here.

They never answer the phone, and you can’t leave a voicemail because the box is full. This has been happening for years now.

You call the number and you get a recording saying the mail box of the person you are calling is full and you can not leave a message so what other way do you get in touch with someone to help you

The year is 2022 not 1932. How hard can it be to update new hours on google maps. Our government/government businesses are so behind on anything that involves technology it’s actually quite shameful at this point. The amount of time and fuel wasted because of things like this is probably astronomical. Then they want to preach about the helping environment.

Wanted to pick up one package for general delivery. I was told that I would have to either go in person to set it up or I would have to change my address in my home state to their address pay the fees to do that. Received my package in the mail. Then change it back to my home address and pay not only the fee to do that with USPS but with my home state which would equal around $40. This is why the USPS is losing so much money

Website says they close at 8:30. I get there just after 6 to a sign saying they close at 6 now. Even though someone was back there still they wouldnt help me. Don't come after 6 anymore.
