Massive post office but you can't ship a package out from them? They do not let you buy postage and ship anything, postage has to already have been bought and stuck to the package, but who does that..?

I would give 0 stars to the route 32 carrier. Laziest person I have ever witnessed. I noticed we weren’t getting any mail for over a week and watched her drive by our mailboxes on more than one occasion. We maybe had 6 inches of snow and not so far out that she couldn’t drive right up to the mailboxes. I noticed her zoom by again today so I followed her. She supposedly left 3 warnings to move snow when it finally snowed around here. Bullshit! One time we got a generic winter snow removal postcard that they give out every winter. And obviously, she was able to drive up to our mailboxes to place these “warnings.” Have it on our doorbell camera that she has been able to get to our mailboxes. At no point in time were we told that our mail wasn’t going to be delivered until we went to pick it up at this post office. And why would she tell us? One less stop for her on her route then. I would not have found out about having to pick up our mail if I had not followed her to ask her what the hell was going on. Could’ve gone on for a month and no one would have said anything. I will say the guy working at the counter of this post office was very nice. He even said this route 32 driver has been a problem. Maybe someone should fix the problem!

Worst experience of my ENTIRE life. Mailman REFUSES to bring my CERTIFIED letter to my door, leaving the “sorry we missed you” tag in the community mailbox down the street. and the postal office workers WERE AWFUL. cannot get through on the phone and so so rude. Have never dealt with people so awful and unhelpful in my life

Mail stuck in a parcel locker for a MONTH now, my voicemails never get returned. I’ve called for weeks trying to get my now very late Christmas presents out and NOTHING.

I just had a simple question to ask, and no one picked up the phone. The phone should be set up so that it keeps ringing. The directory is a long process to listen too recall again. I know they're not crazy busy there, Every time I go there's someone always sitting near the counter.

I went to drop off a package to return and was told they did not receive packages and had to go to Louise Avenue or downtown. I was told that the sign outside indicated this!! If you can find the sign that says anything other than USPS annex let me know.

Management is horrible at this location although considering it's USPS it's likely this way everywhere. The phones are rarely answered and voice messages are never responded to. Daily package pickups and dismounts for businesses are misses or ignored. It's painfully slow if you must go in to deal with the person at the counter.

They were supposed to hold our mail while we moved to our new place, but that didn’t happen. Apparently the lady was by herself and didn’t know what to do. She said our postman carries our mail out on his route every day and they don’t actually hold mail at this building. Crazy right? Three weeks of our mail is missing..don’t count on other people handling your mail… especially this post office.

For some reason a few of my packages have been updated as "Out for delivery" and then within a few hours the status is marked as "Forwarded" even though the address on the shipping labels are entirely correct, and I have had packages arrive using the same address etc.. But for some reason I have had packages get marked as "Forwarded" and so I try to get into contact with the post office via phone, and they never answer, even after calling multiple times, like MULTIPLE times. It's crazy to me how a place with such low reviews and horrible customer service can continue to operate. I don't like how my packages continue to either go missing or get marked as "Forwarded" when there is no reason for it, I don't even know where my packages are being "Forwarded" to or why they would be marked as so if the information on the packages is correct? Is this just the result of lazy mail men or what is going on? A change needs to be made, I literally tried calling at least 10+ times throughout today and not a single answer... it's insane.
