Terry helped us so much with a kids watch. It only took her 5-8 min. We went to the Verizon on 2000 west 41st and they were very rude in the contrary here they were very welcoming and helpful! Ask for Terry she is amazing and knowledgeable!
Update** had to return the kids watch since I was told I only had to pay 10 a month I ended up getting a bill of 70 dls.. not paying 70 dls for a kids phone service!
Went back to this location to return it, my kid saved money for 6 months to buy this watch she wanted, so as I told them I needed to return it they were OK with that, but they couldn't because didn't have 100 dls in the cash register to give me my kids money back (or partial since I got a 50 dls charge for returning it) they told me the only way to get my kids money back is by check by mail which it may take from 4 to 6 WEEKS!!! what?
So when we need to pay them they want our money immediately, but when it comes to them returning our money we have to wait so many weeks??
I took the watch and left.. had to go to a different verizon store! Verizon it self is bad now days..

Canceled online order less than 2 hours after it was placed because I "didn't pick it up". This place must be packed with lazy staff.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was an Awful experience , the man helping us out was younger and VERY cocky. He instantly shut me and my future mother in law down when we tried to explain our situation. We were treated very poorly and his solution was for us to call a number that wasn’t even remotely what we needed done. I’m VERY disappointed in the service we got from this store , let alone the employee pointing at us and whispering when talking to his other co-workers. I felt very disrespected and let down. He tried to tell us we were going to have to pay for a service that we didn’t even sign up for!!! Again this was horrible and I will never be sending anybody to this location and make it be known that this store was awful.

Customer service was very bad came in with a problem on my phone and couldn’t fix it unless the account holder was there but went to a different Verizon and they had no problem trying to fix it without the account holder the new version said I couldn’t trade my phone there so I went to this Verizon where I purchased my phone and I needed to trade phones but couldn’t do it without the account holder and the workers were very rude when the account holder called

The in store capabilities are totally fine.The lack of being able to talk to a person on the phone is a nightmare, I have a thick accent and a speech impairment. I am not at all recognized by the automated phone guy. And it's extremely awful that there isn't a button to push to get in contact with a person.It's a severe lack of accessibility and I'm angry about it. I can't call, I HAVE to go in to a store.

The associate was extremely rude the minute I approached her. The set up of the store allows absolutely NO privacy what so ever. After the associate attempted to repeat the information I gave her and nonenod the information was correct, I asked to speak to a manager and Kailie then came over. I explained the situation I was having. The minute Kailie spoke she was just as rude and spoke extremely negatively regarding Verizon’s online support. Having been a customer of Verizon of over 22 years I have never been spoke to so abruptly or rude as I encountered today.

Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you

We had an absolutely nightmarish experience at this location when attempting to take advantage of a trade-in promo for an iPhone 14 Pro. The female associate was patronizing, rude, acted inconvenienced when we wanted a paper copy of the itemized total cost to examine before agreeing to the terms, and then snatched the document away and shredded it before we were finished making the deal. She also didn’t like that we wanted to pay the balance on the new phone in-store rather than financing it, and made it very difficult for us to get a straight answer on the exact amount we owed with tax after promotions & discounts…she wanted us to simply have the balance added onto our bill every month because “that’s what most people do.” She claimed it wasn’t possible for her to tell us the exact balance owed, because it would typically just be “reflected in the bill through the financing option.”To top this off, she told us (INCORRECTLY!) that we would have to switch to a more expensive plan to get the full promotional trade value…even though I had a screenshot of the offer stating that was not true. Regardless, we were tired of arguing with her, and decided to take the $100 hit on the trade in and just get things finished.In the end, even though we had agreed we WERE purchasing the phone and were actively working on the transaction, in one of her hateful leaving-the-room huffs (there were several of these performances), she placed it back in the stock room where it was picked up and sold by another associate…and it was the last of that model in the store. So after spending over an hour in the store putting up with her attitude, we had nothing to show for it.We left the store and went to Russell Cellular, where an awesome associate named Deondre had the deal done and we were in an out with a brand new phone (balance and sales tax paid!) in an hour…with the FULL PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT, and without increasing our monthly plan. Save yourself a headache (and potentially $100+ on their associates cheating you out of promotions THEY are offering for loyal customers) and avoid this location. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Go down the street to the Russell Cellular Verizon store instead.

Short story: we were scammed into paying for a higher plan and then add-ons like Walmart+ and Disney plus were added to different lines without consultation.The only reason we came in was to add 3 new lines to an existing plan. We were helped right away, and were promptly told about their promos where we could get 2 new phones for FREE! I immediately asked about whether those phones would have to be on a plan with a higher rate. He said no, low and behold they are. They are each paying an extra 17$ a month, not including those extra services that were also added.I have tried to remove the 3 extra monthly subscriptions 3 times, through their online portal and in store, and it its been 4 weeks, and it still on the bill.
