It was smooth and friendly. Shane was transparent with everything and spoke plainly, which is nice for those of us that aren't super tech savvy.Only annoying part is the blocks are sold separately from the cords.

This store is great and Josh Rohrbach specifically has to be the best rep I have ever worked with at Verizon.I spent several days and numerous attempts trying to get ahold of someone at the corporate level to try and get assistance with my account and a refund for a service I was accidentally billed for. Most of these reps continued to tell me they understood my problem but would not offer me ANY sort of reconciliation, even though they would also all acknowledge the charge shouldn't have happened. The other reps did NOT understand my stance and the issues I encountered when trying to get my money refunded.Josh on the other hand was more than attentive with my issue, listened to me, and treated my issue as if it was him fighting for his own money back. It is not common anymore to have someone actually pay attention to customer issues and provide care like this. I have dealt with him a few other times before and at this rate, I don't know how he doesn't have manager in his title, but I think there is no one more deserving of that title than him. I have never met a bad employee at this store, but if all of them are even a fraction as attentive and diligent as Josh was at solving my issue and helping me to get my money back for the faulty charge, then I have no doubt this is the only Verizon in Sioux Falls that I ever need to go to for getting the care that keeps me as a customer. If it were not for Josh, Verizon would not still be my provider.
