The Dr. Cursed during my mother's eye exam. She was going to go back the next day to pick out glasses, BUT, She forgot her coat (this was last winter)…THEY THREW HER COAT AWAY! disgusting folks - stay away.

Was notified over the weekend that our glasses were ready. Drove across town and you are closed by 6pm. I work 7 to 5. Guess I have to take time off from work to get my glasses?

Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time. Very quick and efficient and was out in 40 minutes.
Its definitely changed for the better from the past reviews I've read. Made me happy for a first time customer and will be coming back

Had an eye appointment today and got there an hour early to look at frames. Two employees were working with customers. After 35 minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledge being in the store. Just because of that I canceled my appointment. I’ve been to Visionworks in Maplewood, MN and actually gave them a great Google review, but I couldn’t do it here. At least acknowledge your customers when they come into the store and tell them someone will be right with you. Super disappointed.
