My partner and I both had some issues to work out (him getting a new phone due to dropping his old one in the water and me being locked out of my verizon account since opening the account) closer to closing time and she didn't rush us or make us feel like a bother one bit! She was very informed and answered each and every question like it was no problem. I'm really glad I switched from Metro to Verizon! The customer service here is much better, and friendlier.”
