“To be clear, I despise Wells Fargo Bank. However, I recently had to use the local branch as the executor of my brother's estate. Fallen Ernestmeyer was the banker who went through each step and was able to speed up the process slightly. She did really well and was genuinely friendly and professional. She managed the WF home office by phone and simply was able to move things along a bit faster than usual. I was aware of and arrived with the documents that would be needed and was prepared for a struggle. Fallen did a great job. They don't pay her enough, I feel certain. If Wells can't keep her, anyone else out there would be smart to hire her. Fallen is a five-star. Wells, not so much.”
