Absolutely the worst service! Avoid at all costs! Every time I have been in here it has been something. The employee has no common sense at all. You’re better off to drive to Rapid City or calling Verizon!!!

Showed up to grab my mobile order, just for them to tell me they don’t have it. And proceeded to tell me that I needed to call customer support. And I spent 2 HOURS on the phone. Verizon themselves said that they had my device in stock. So customer support called the store and the lady there had a big attitude with customer support while I was on the other line. highly don’t recommend ever going to do business there as it is just a nightmare every time I go there.

I had an awful experience at the Spearfish Verizon store on 4-5-24. One of your employees was very rude. When I asked for her name, so I could follow up with a supervisor, she refused to give me her name and covered up her name tag…. Strange. I had always had good service at this store.

Buyers Beware...unscrupulous sales tactics. $59.99 for a screen protector that sales person says "if it breaks...no problem...they will send you a new one"The part they don't tell you is it takes 15 minutes online to register it (asking questions that they shouldn't even need answers to) and then when it gets to the replacement protector it's $9.99 to ship it. SCAM SCAM SCAMWhen I went to store to discuss this I was told "sorry...but the managers out on maternity leave"...WOWGo to Rapid City for Verizon products!!!!

Do not go to this store. This is not a real Verizon store, but an affiliate with poorly trained sales persons, and almost no inventory. Sales person Kimm has no clue of what she is doing. I got a call a week after trading up my phone and was told the deal we promised you wasn't available, the phone is going to cost more on your monthly bill. It wasn't much more, about 100bucks. When I offered to bring the phone back and pick up my old phone, I couldn't because it had already been transferred to Verizon. Now I have to deal with Verizon instead of the salesperson who created the mess. Big Mistake which Im going to eat just to preserve my sanity.
