Buyers Beware...unscrupulous sales tactics. $59.99 for a screen protector that sales person says "if it breaks...no problem...they will send you a new one"The part they don't tell you is it takes 15 minutes online to register it (asking questions that they shouldn't even need answers to) and then when it gets to the replacement protector it's $9.99 to ship it. SCAM SCAM SCAMWhen I went to store to discuss this I was told "sorry...but the managers out on maternity leave"...WOWGo to Rapid City for Verizon products!!!!

Do not go to this store. This is not a real Verizon store, but an affiliate with poorly trained sales persons, and almost no inventory. Sales person Kimm has no clue of what she is doing. I got a call a week after trading up my phone and was told the deal we promised you wasn't available, the phone is going to cost more on your monthly bill. It wasn't much more, about 100bucks. When I offered to bring the phone back and pick up my old phone, I couldn't because it had already been transferred to Verizon. Now I have to deal with Verizon instead of the salesperson who created the mess. Big Mistake which Im going to eat just to preserve my sanity.

We connected a service for my son yesterday so he finally has an operable plan - only to find out today that he has No service.Not sure who that’s on, but it’s frustrating ?

When you buy a screen protector for a new phone, and it has delamination. Their reicept of purchase states "30 day in-store replacement for the screen protector " I called their corporate number and they set the appointment. The older lady who greeted me was very unpleasant, and spent time making faces at the two other younger employees at another work station as I explained my needs, as it was a corporate set appointment. They didn't show an ounce of courtesy. I had purchased 2 phones and 2 lines of service at that location, not to mention all the extra accessories they sell. It's time for the older lady to be put to pasture. Then, get your two younger employees in sensitivity training. Worst cellular experience ever. I was with TMOBILE prior and never was treated this poorly on a instore experience.

Just an added note on previous.. interestingly enough, the only customer service line easily available and that replied.. was for comments and "complaints".. And all other Verizon dealers in my area, also did not have working numbers!

Received a new iPhone, traded in an old phone. The new phone did not work properly after leaving the store. After several phone calls, was told to bring the phone back in. I work 320 miles away….Took the phone in the next time I was in Spearfish, the lady who helped me was off that day… and NOONE ELSE COULD HELP!!! Needless to say I was not happy!!! I will admit I got upset! They were very rude…. Condescending….. would not recommend them at all…..

Great people but they are bound by Verizon's nonsensical policies. With the major offense of Verizon deciding which method of payment is allowed for their $10.00 per line per month discount.I have had Verizon for many years, it's this type of policy that has me reconsidering which cellular provider I should be using.

Do not shop here! Company is a fraud. Scammed us out of 1,400.00 between selling expired upgrade plans and stealing our trade in phone. Employees do not know what they are doing and are no help. Customer service is no help and the higher ups refuse to acknowledge their employees screw ups. Been trying to get this resolved for almost a year now with no progress.

Stopped in, only 2 employees were working and they were both helping someone. That's fine but could they glance up and acknowledge our existence??? Maybe take the time to say, "be with you as soon as we can?" Anything? We were totally ignored for 20? minutes, it felt like an hour, finally one employee finished with their customer. The other employee tells the freed up employee that she needs to take over HER customer now and she'll be back in 25 minutes! Still being treated like we were invisible, even though we were 10 feet away, we decided to give up. Rude, rude, rude.
