“I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. My daughter's car broke down at the Spearfish exit on hour 14 of a 20 hour road trip. We had to stay the night and on Sunday nobody was open. Auto Zone heard where we were and let us know we were right behind where they would recommend we take the vehicle. They said to ask for Chuck, and we are so glad we did. We had to leave her vehicle in the hotel parking lot, but Chuck came and got it and ran all the analytics. He quickly found out what was wrong and took care of it for us. He spent extra time driving it to make sure the codes didn't pop up again, and he was able to fix it for less than he originally thought. His care and professionalism in explaining exactly what was wrong and why it happened was something I have never experienced. His team was there to meet us when we picked it up this past Saturday, and they were amazing as well. Black Hills friends, I 100% recommend Queen City Rocket Lube for all your vehicle's needs. They are clearly way more than just oil changes.”
