We needed some tire work. Jeff and Isaac stayed late to get them ready for pickup the next morning. They even adjusted the brakes without mentioning the squeak my wife’s bike has had. Excellent!

Needed a part while on a cross-country tour. The staff were extremely helpful in finding and ordering the part. When I showed up, they were even more supportive in person and offered to help us with anything we needed. This is everything a bike shop should be.

Stopped in while passing through town in adventure mode. These guys were super friendly and helpful. Really know their stuff. Jesse, in particular, offered tons of local info and helpful suggestions. Definitely worth stopping in and seems like a great place to buy a bike or have the tech's help with your setup.

Paid these guys 120$ to pack and ship a 25 year old bike in scratch free condition. Received it covered in deep gouges from absolute no packing at all except some tissue paper towels wrapped around some random parts of the bike and the front wheel and seat post just tossed in the box hub axle slammed up against the main frame rubbing and moving all around the whole cross country trip. As well the fork wasn’t secured and both dropouts blasted right through the cardboard and dragged along the ground and ground them down damage to fork paint was also from the bars just being removed from the stem and still attached with cables dangling up again the fork banging on it the whole way unsecured with no insulation! Not even a price of cardboard with the bars secured to the fork do not use or trust these guys when I called them they hung up the phone on me! Wish I could post pictures here

Shout out to these guys for always being cool and helpful. Today I got in a wreck on the way there and they took me to the hospital and even gave me a ride back which was very nice of them. Definitely will continue giving them my business in the future ?

Bought a front fork for my bike and it arrived in record time. The guys at Rushmore were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the topic. I was completely lost and they helped me figure things out over here in Texas. 10/10 would recommend Rushmore Bikes!
