They don't answer the phone or have the courtesy to return your phone calls and they do not plow the units when it snows

In the middle of a move and they refuse to plow out the snow from two days ago. We are paying $40 a day for the U-Haul and nightly charges for lodging. Every other parking lot in this area is plowed. Have called them twice a day. It appears that they don't intend to plow at all.

Was an alright storage unit till the new people took it over. So glad to be completely done with a storage unit
