I have had to come in here multiple times for different things and every time the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They also do not care about letters that say “do not bend” or “handle with care”. My diploma is ruined from being shoved into my mailbox.

The Spearfish Post Office has always been prompt, courteous and
efficient for me. Many people just don't understand how busy things get at the post office behind the front desks.
