Wow! What a nasty, nasty employee!! I checked out in self checkout. An item rang twice. I pushed the button for help a total of four times. I turned around and a male employee (about 40+) with a man’s tie around his head and a huge sunflower pin came over and got nasty. I hadn’t said anything yet, he said, “ you’re just gonna stand there and not do nothing. You didn’t even push the button.” I said, “I did too at least twice.” He continued arguing with me about it back and forth, saying, You did not.” My husband said that I pushed it at least four times. I figured it must not be working. Seriously, that man needs to NOT be working with customers!! He said, “Have a nice day” and I said, “I hope you don’t!”

All the employees that pull online orders will not move when a customer comes down the aisle. Today they were over the top rude to me. They block my ability to see what's on the shelf and are unaccomadating to Walmart customers. If that's not enough, there are not enough employees scheduled to collect money which causes long lines at checkout.
Today I asked for an opportunity to make a store manager aware and was told there was nothing she could do.
I have been shopping at Walmart since they put Kmart out of business many years ago. It has been customers like me who made Walmart what it is today and to be treated with the amount of disrespect as I was today is unforgivable. Walmart no longer offers customer service to those who walk in, only those who order online. SAM WALTON IS ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE!

There is nothing more annoying than the carts used for pickup groceries. Especially when 7 or 8 are grouped together in one spot, or blocking an aisle. SHOW RESPECT TO YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Only 2 actual live human cashiers working the registers. I've used self-checkout, and hated it. The cashier I did have was great.

The produce was in pretty bad shape. Bananas looked like they were thrown onto the shelf. No one around to ask for help. There were more employees shopping for online pickup customers than actual regular customers. Empty shelves. There are no visible prices on most products. If I need to go looking for an employee to find out what something costs, I'm not wasting my time.i won't buy it. Front lead girl trying to have an informal meeting with our cashier while she was trying to check out our groceries.
