During my visit to the store I purchased 3 products and asked for the key to use the restroom after paying. I was then told that I would not only have to leave my DG bag but also my purse. The store employee stated that they allow no bags in the restroom, even personal bags and I would have to leave my purse with him. I refused and left the store. Why would a DG employee want your purse? This is unacceptable and I won’t return

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I'm a former employee of this Dollar General, now that I'm no longer an employee and a customer the level of disrespect I feel when I walk in this store is unbelievable.

Dollar general in Sturgis is the most convenient one stop shop in town.Also has the friendliest employees!!

Great place and great prices. Always have everything from seasonal to car care, they got it! Find myself going in for one thing and come out with 20 other things. Inventory always good at each one i've been to.
