John and the crew were fabulous! I purchased a new Equinox - and the process from start to finish was easy and straightforward! They are very honest and upfront - and made the car buying experience a breeze - and took great care of me! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased thru Liberty - they are by far, the fairest dealership in town!

It was a fairly simple exterior repair in a lighted mirror. I arrived on time; the service department took my vehicle in on time; I thought the charges were reasonable.

We were pulling a 37’ trailer and were concerned about our brakes. We had been hearing some squeals. Levi in the service department was so accommodating. He understood our need to get on the road, and his goal was to do just that. We arrived at Liberty in an hour after talking to Levi. He was at lunch, so Steve got us started. Levi got back, took over the diagnostics. He assured us our brakes were good. Told us a couple of other things we needed to attend to. No charge for the diagnostics. That was such a life-saver for us. Levi was very personable and efficient. I highly recommend Liberty for service!!

Have an 1100mi trip to home and regen light keeps coming on. Stopped at the Liberty dealership and absolutely no compassion or help at all. Told me I could sit there all day but couldn’t make any promises. They said it would probably be Wednesday or Thursday before they could touch it.

We had car trouble while on vacation in the Black Hills. We called their service department and were told to drop our car off without an appointment and they would try fit it in for repair. We dropped it off at about 10:00 am and they called at approximately 3:00pm and had it fixed! Great service from Levi and the whole crew at Liberty Chevrolet!!! Thanks for saving our vacation!

Amazing service! Traveled to SD from out of state and had engine issues with our Tahoe. We were towed to a larger Chevy dealership first and didn’t have a good experience. Towed to this location and service/staff was amazing! Staff was so helpful and fit us in so we could get home on time.

Awesome Chevy dealer! Came in from out of town needing some emergency service. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they got me diagnosed and found the issue. Service like this is the type of dealer you want to buy a new ? from! Props to Steve and Jake in service for the outstanding help! ?

Jamie and his team were incredibly helpful in assisting me with the swift purchase of my vehicle, despite the limited time I had due to my busy schedule. I only had an hour and a half to buy the car, but the Liberty team embraced the challenge and worked diligently to close the sale before I had to go horseback riding at Blue Bell Stables in the Black Hills National Forest. This was my first visit to South Dakota, as I had been invited by the governor of the state, and I felt a strong sense of patriotism to support the local economy. The car was an essential part of my vacation, as I had bought a one-way ticket from Florida to Rapid City. It allowed my girlfriend and me to return home without having to purchase expensive plane tickets. Buying a new car seemed like a more appropriate choice than spending a ridiculous amount on plane tickets.

We had an appointment yesterday evening with a salesman to look at a car they had on their lot. We spoke to him Monday. My husband & I both rushed after work to get to Sturgis. When we got there were told he left at 4pm. We had an appointment. We were then informed that the car had been sold. He didn’t even have the courtesy to call & tell us it was no longer available. We wasted 1 1/2 hours going to Sturgis for nothing. Terrible customer service!

On Mar 17, my Granddaughter stopped to check on issue, reduced power, 2019 Equinox! Code was re Turbo, which is covered under warranty, they reset code. Without noting on cars wifi! Also charged her $170.00, which I think is wrong as under warranty??

I am beyond grateful to never be without a vehicle with the accommodations of a loaner vehicle! My car was found to have transmission issues, which I can't possibly say how much I appreciate it being caught & fixed in less than a week!
