I have banked here for 16 years. Every problem ive had has gotten handled. The loans i have, ive never had trouble getting. Somtimes it takes awhile to get somthing done, but as long as you make sure they know its inportant they will do it ASAP. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Teresa at the Sturgis office is so pleasant when you even have a bad situation to deal with. She made me feel so much better when I thought I'd have the worst day. She went way above her call if duty to make a bad situation a solution I was able to deal with. She is definitely a star employee.
