I've had nothing but great experiences at Sturgis Yoga! Beautiful studio with a calming atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff! They are great about customizing poses and exercises to everyone's own ability! Highly recommended!

Sturgis yoga is awesome! The teachers and facility are amazing. I have had s great experience every time I have gone, love that the teachers allow variety in the practice to match everyone's level!!
