Very unethical company ,, quoted me 350 for title then changed it to 500 , then claimed ownership of item and seized actually had to call sheriff he definitely knows how to work the system wish I would have read reviews before calling him looks like he has done this before predatory towing I believe is the legal term

I hope you enjoyed Towing the jet ski when it was obviously broke down. Also, ripping the people off with a $300 bill. You should be totally ashamed of yourself! But I'm sure you're not!

This company was very on professional thewomen Jan that works there was so rude cussing yelling trying to charge more all because she didn't like the word duh please get someone with some customer service skills and that know how to talk to people......Service: Special vehicle towing

My husband and I were on vacation with our two and a half month old in the quiet November month. We tried going on a hike as it was beautiful outside. The road to the hiking trail had not been plowed and we ended up getting stuck in a drift. If we waited too long we would be out in the dark. We had to walk to get reception to call and when we called for help they were quick to respond. So happy to get out before dark and to not go over the edge of the road while attempting to get out. Thanks!

Scandalous company, they did towing at the Sturgis motorcycle rally 2017. Hooked one bike and we caught them in the act and intercepted the attempt to get the other 2. I recognized them from their web site, they demanded payment even though they never touched the bikes, police were there, so we paid them 100$ a bike to not get towed. Turns out we didn't have to pay by law, wasn't an official impound, and Sturgis didn't have any signs up saying no parking between barriers at the head of main street where its always been a parking spot. So the old man grabs the money, runs off and in the confusion i never got a receipt even after demanding one. Now i cant turn it in to insurance. Don't trust rally vultures like this. We had the 51 Panhead, 61 Panhead and the 2000 Electraglide Ultra.
EDIT:RESPONSE TO OWNER: There was no hook on the other 2 bikes, they hovered and demanded money, and the short thin older balding guy stuck it in his pocket under the guise of having us arrested if we didnt pay because he was called out. When the 200$ was in his hand (100 for each of the other bikes) he jumped in the wrecker and left in the chaos as i followed and demanded a receipt. In Texas thats illegal,, I dont know about South Dakota. I reiterate that your company is unethical rally vultures and warn others not to deal with you in any way if avoidable.
