I was so surprised, and impressed, to see Twisted Canyon CrossFit set up at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. We rode in from Nebraska and I have a powerlifting meet coming up in September. I assumed I'd have to find a gym in town. This was awesome! Walking distance from our campsite. They even brought out a bench for me to do presses. Friendly, professional, personable. Quick response via email. Thanks so much!!!

The coaches set up and offered classes at the Buffalo Chip this year during the rally and I am so glad I was able to attend. Coming from someone who has never attended a CrossFit class in my life, they were exceptionally helpful! I was able to learn (after asking multiple questions during every workout) and get in a great workout thanks to their awesome team. I was never worried I wasn't doing something correctly or in bad form because these guys are top notch when it comes to explaining things. Thanks for the butt-kicking workouts and laughs this week! You guys rock!

Already awesome! Can't wait to see it in full operation. Kristi and Calvin have poured their hearts into this space and into what they offer. I'm a runner and a yogi who has resisted doing too much of anything else...especially strength training. But...I have loved Kristi's Cardio and Core classes! They remind me of yoga because I am given ample variations in all of the workouts and I am given permission to listen to my body and to do what is accessible to me. I feel comfortable and confident in the gym and with the instructors.
