Large selection of campers, good prices as they are a large volume dealer. My salesman had a long history of camping and knew the campers inside and out what made selecting the perfect camper very easy. Will return to buy my next camper!

Worse experience I’ve ever had with this company.
First off I would like to preface I had decided to go with consignment to sell my camper. The process of setting up consignment wasn’t terrible, straightforward and standard when selling anything. However, the communication and the service afterwards were god awful. As the months started getting colder I went to winterize it myself cause I wasn’t paying the $200 fee for them to do it and the service manager gave me a hard time about it and gave attitude to me saying he could do it and when I stood my ground on it he stormed off muttering under his breath.
Second, when my consignment contract was coming close to an end I had asked for an update on what was going on. I spoke with Danny who is the “consignment manager” he said they would lower the price to try to sell the unit and if not we could negotiate a cash offer. He had told me during the call what the initial offer would be and we could work from there. Fast forward two weeks, I speak with Danny again, said we couldn’t get a buyer and it was time for a cash offer. He came up with a number significantly lower than previously discussed two weeks prior, when I reminded him about the previous call he immediately got defensive and rude saying he never said that, said I was a liar and that I shouldn’t fabricate stories. Talked to me as if I was the lowest form of scum around. When I called the actual dealership to speak with the GM about this encounter to try to get clarification, it’s as if my word was worthless and this so called consignment manager could do or say no wrong and that I was wrong for even trying to state our previous conversation saying that our conversation never happened and I have never spoken to anyone from consignment.
Again overall the worse experience and it’s a joke that these people talk to their customer base this way and i should’ve known better after hearing others horror stories when dealing with this business.

Service department is difficult in the beginning to get any information from but after repeating in a couple of different ways what you're looking for they start to open up other staff is spectacular

Over all very happy with our purchase. I was slightly difficult to please but the sales team worked very hard to please me. Huge shot out to the finance department for changing our financing on the spot to accommodate everyone. Really couldn't be happier with how everything worked out.
The service tech went through the camper and showed us the ins and out of the whole things and answered the few mechanical questions I had. I drove 4 hours to pick the camper up and it was ready to go the day I got there. I would definitely buy from this team again.

Went there Thursday and when we walked in we were totally ignored!! WORST customer service Ever!!! Everyone there were to busy playing on there phones....This is why Online shopping is so popular,because of poor customer service by lazy and entitled people who have no people skills. Would never recommend this place!!

Bought a camper in April from them and been using it all summer. This trip we notice the tire was bad ( that's fine they don't last forever) But we went to get the brand new spare that came with the camper and it was in terrible shape had a huge bulge on it and wouldn't even get us home. Made a phone call to them and they took great care of me and my issue got me all fixed up :)

I recently bought a used KZ venom toyhauler from camping world in Summerset. I want to start out by saying the salesman Matt went above any beyond to attempt to try to make this a good experience. He was very responsive and tried to get things taken care of. The communication from finance to the parts and services department and getting the camper delivered was a nightmare. They said they would call and didn’t, won’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner or at all. I will say that they did deliver the rv and they did repair what I asked them to repair. For applying a special coating that I paid extra for the outside of the rv was filthy when delivered, and for paying 2000 in let’s go camping “fee” the propane tanks were empty the awning lights didn’t come on I had to fix those myself so the fee defiantly is a complete joke when they tell you it’s to make sure everything is ready to go. Overall I will probably never buy another RV from
Camping world, I can’t say I wasn’t warned to stay away. If it wasn’t for Matt in sales this would have been a one star review.

We dealt with the Rapid City location of Camping World. We came to sell or consign a travel trailer. Ultimately, we decided to sell out-right and were treated well. We dealt specifically with Tracy. Tracy made sure to guide us through the process and advocate for us. We were given a price which we agreed to and ultimately sold and were paid that price. The check was delivered to us as promised in the time frame promised. We are not sure how it would have gone without Tracy. She was the face of the organization and she had integrity for miles. Would work with her again if we needed an RV.

Nice woman at the front desk. Salesman told us to shop elsewhere. Must have been the clothes we were wearing. Either way they will get no business from us or our friends.
