However, the special order took over four weeks longer than expected due to manufacturing delays. Communication about the delay could have been better, especially since I had scheduled painting and furniture moving around the installation date. Fortunately, I stayed on top of the status, and we were able to adjust the schedule accordingly. Despite the delay, the installation team did an excellent job, and the carpet looks great. I recommend special order customers to stay proactive with follow-up calls to ensure a smooth process. Overall, I'm satisfied with the carpet and the installation.”
