Gave card to open fuel pumps, took them 5minutes to open diesel pump, another 5 minutes to open DEF pump. I had enough time to take shower, but they said they need to clean the showers as customers buy shower. Took another 13 minutes to pay for the diesel. Slowest lady I've seen behind the counter in a long time.only 2 tills were open and about 10customers in line. Not happy.

Had an issue with doordash, completely not Casey’s fault. Manager Chris fixed the issue quickly. Appreciate the great customer service and the best pizza!

Please evaluate your morning offerings in the 'donut' display. Chocolate covered donuts & chocolate donuts are always the first to go and often gone even BEFORE 7:30 a.m. There always seems to be plenty of "white goo" covered offerings that remain well into the day. You might concentrate on items that sell v.s. items you probably end up tossing anyway. Also...could you clearly label 'cherry' donuts. Once covered in your translucent "wall-paper-paste" they are indiscernible from others. Perhaps this is a bit much over donuts...but a couple donuts and coffee are much needed most days. On the plus side...they are tasty.

If you get diesel on pump 5, the nozzle is malfunctioning and doesn’t click off. When you report the issue to the clerk, she chuckles and laughs like it’s not a big deal.Completely unprofessional.I definitely won’t be back to this location. And probably won’t visit any Casey location in Sioux Falls.

HORRIBLE! We stopped at 445pm expecting to get a couple pieces of pizza for dinner. The pizza looked as though it had been sitting there all day. My son ordered a sub - the meat & cheese were all hard & dried out. The lettuce was so bad wilted the staff member even said we shouldn't get it & the bread was so hard it literally just crumbled...very bad food & poor service!

I think this place is managed by a pinecone. Multiple pumps out of order. Every single window wash station empty or so dirty it looks like slough water. One of the wash station had diesel in the container. Do yourself a favor and go to the get n go across the street. Pump handles are much cleaner and the customer service is 10 fold better.

Not sure what happened here. Over the past two years I’ve come here and it’s been a great store. Today there are empty gas pumps, empty window wash containers and empty coffee cup dispensers. Something changed and it’s not good.

I believe this location has a new manager, as well as some other new faces. All I can say is wow, the customer service has taken a drastic nose dive. On multiple occasions I have witnessed people ask simple questions, only to be told I don't know/blown off. Literally 0 effort to service the customer. A gentleman asked if the compressed air was working, the employee stated they didn't even know what that was. My guess is that the compresser was turned off, and they couldn't be bothered to check. I asked if they happened to have a drink in the back, since it wasn't stocked in the front. I got the same 0 effort of I don't know/don't think so. In times past, or with another employee, someone would have checked. The multiple negative encounters have all involved the same "manager". Possibly the owner can provide some training, or offer some guidelines for dealing with the public. So sad, but I will be taking my business to another gas station.
