I placed two separate orders I got free shipping on one the day I placed the order days later something came in stock so I placed the order I was fine paying the shipping but what I not ok with is that your team packaged everything together so it was like the special of free shipping on my one order was knocked off since you guys are refusing to refund the shipping since the team packaged every thing in one tracking. I spent thousands with your company and this is how you treat your loyal customers who only probably came to shop at your store when you teamed up with Chelsea and put you on everyone’s radar in the 1st place. I will for sure never order from this place again I also was a top tier customer and got free shipping I understand we are in a state where the prices are high and you had to get rid of the free shipping but to pull this stunt. Follow the orders and ship every order separately or refund the shipping but it’s not your policy than don’t stuff multiple orders in one package when some of those packages got free shipping and others didn’t.

I have been shopping here for years, so much that I tiered up to the highest tier, which one of the perks is free shipping. I placed an order yesterday and was charged for shipping, come to find out, this is no longer a perk. Would have been nice to have some advanced notice. Especially your loyal customers. Such a bummer, should have been handled better. Perhaps, an email or any kind of notice on the website would have sufficed. Even a mention on your stories would have been something.

Have ordered a few timesHowever last purchase I recieved today was not the size I ordered or what was in the package that has a clear label that says a medium upon opening it and looking its a size small and no tag on it ...so I went online to exchange after trying to call with no help other than to go online well why when I selected a return I have to pay for that when it was clearly your mistake and my size is no longer available I will not be ordering again

This boutique is one of very few retail stores in the area at this time. It is a beautiful space. There was a good selection for women who wear size 10 or smaller. It would be great for those under 40. In the curvy section, there were bland solid color tees and hoodies. It was boutique pricing - which may be worth it if you really like an item. A clerk asked if they could help. I should've said yes to see if they could find something I'd like, that would be flattering on someone wearing clothes larger than a size 10. They had some jewelry and a selection of insulated mugs. Have to say I was disappointed. I really wanted to find something for my wardrobe.

I LOVE this shop. I randomly found Lauriebelles online (I’m from the Midwest but live in WA state) and have been ordering such cute things from her shop. The shipping is so quick, and I absolutely love everything I’ve ordered. I wish I could go in person! Next time I’m in SD! Thank you! ?

An ONLINE store ONLY offers store credit (minus the return shipping charges) NO REFUNDS. And this is not clearly stated anywhere when purchasing. The quality of clothing is not great either. What a scam! Beware

I order at least monthly from Lauriebelles and I have always been a happy customer and loved all the clothes, etc. During the St Patrick’s Day drop I bought a jacket that I really wanted right when the line dropped exactly at 10am because I expected this line to sell out. About 15 minutes after after the drop was live, it was advertised that you get a free T-shirt with the jacket that I purchased. I send a message via instagram stating I had already bought the jacket prior to this being advertised and asking if this is something that can be added to my order and they told me they would have to cancel the order completely in order to add the free T-shirt and make a new one and that many of my items I ordered were sold out. Obviously I did not want to cancel my order as I wanted this stuff for St Patrick’s day attire. They stated they could not make changes after an order was placed. I can understand that but it’s frustrating when you spend a lot of money at a store that you buy from frequently and they cannot accommodate a free T-shirt to a jacket already purchased and why it could have not been made aware at least a couple minutes before the drop

Terrible store. Terrible customer service. If you want to make a return, they take off shipping AND THEN SOME. I paid over $50 for a pair of jeans and am getting $24 back. A joke. I had a friend get jeans that came with a broken zipper and they wouldn't give her a refund either.

So I’ve been shopping online at Lauriebelles for two years now, and I swear - it’s the best quality clothing in the world. Great customer service. I live in Denmark (EU) so shipping is expensive, but SO worth it. I will forever be a regular customer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! ❤️

I set a reminder for myself to order a sweatshirt that was being released on a certain day at noon. I got on the app right at noon and purchased the sweatshirt only to find out a half hour later that they were offering a free legging offer with purchase of the sweatshirt. This promo wasn’t on the app at noon when I made my purchase. I sent an email to their customer service right away explaining that the promo wasn’t listed on the app until after I made the purchase in hopes that maybe they could check my order and see that I qualified for the leggings, but nobody cared to respond to me. I had also been in their shop a few weeks ago in Tea with a few friends and for as many sales people in the shop, not one bothered to greet any of us. My friend had to get her own dressing room as nobody bothered to help her. Please keep in mind the store wasn’t packed and the sales people weren’t swamped. These may seem like minor issues in the big picture, but they are noticed, and little things matter to your customers.

Love this store but super sad you don't get your money back on returns... which is my fault for not reading the return policy.. I don't live anywhere near SD so I guess I will not be ordering here anymore in fear of ordering something and not being able to be refunded my actual money :(

Just bought from this site for the first time recently and so pleased!!!! Being 5’9 and pregnant I was worried ordering a small but the shirt fits amazingly and is so comfortable!!! Item came fast and overall great experience- will keep shopping this company for sure

Be careful what you buy on this site! Some items are non returnable for refund or store credit! The sizes run extremely small or extremely big. I was very excited about this shop until getting screwed. Very unfortunate you can’t even get store credit when your clothes don’t fit on some sale items!!! Good luck
