Don Kaarre, from the Sioux Falls store, had all the answers I needed for a direct replacement of my awning style units. The product selection was good and the unit price was well within my budget. The windows arrived in relatively good time and Don had arranged with a local installer to remove the old windows and install the new. The installer showed up ready to work and had all the new windows installed in under two days. Amazing quality of work! They look great and function as designed. I'm very happy with the result.”

“I purchase an adhesive for my business there and was having issues with one last year as others in my profession had. I bought another one that I was also having the same issues with but was able to add water to make it work, but after a while I opened it and it was tainted with mold. I knew from others that there was a bad batch made of this last year so I brought this one back but it had been over 7 months. Policy would be to not take it back but the employee Seth helped me out and took care of the problem and swapped it for an new one. He understood how to take care of a customer. I will continue to come back and purchase more now since the issue at the factory has been resolved and that I was taken care of at this location.”

If I go in looking for help the staff usually gets me in and out in a couple minutes. Everyone is very knowledgeable and seems like they have a lot of the same employees they had for years.”

“Only google map got the direction: I-29S, take exit 73 then first ledt at Casey's truck stop, you see Sherwin Williams. No night parking but can pretty stay at the truck stop. No dock, they use pallet jack, you can assist them if you want, if you want to get out fast Generally not bad people.”
