They picked up my mower to fix, called me about what needed to be done, fixed it and scheduled a time to bring it back. As the driver was leaving I started mowing, and something didn’t feel right. So I quickly called the office and sent the driver back. I showed him what was going on. He took it back and within a hour, he was back, and I started mowing. Worked beautifully.
Now that is what I call service. True Costumer Service. Thanks to the driver and Matt who fixed an older Toro by using another Toro to rebuild it. Also economical.

This lawnmower repair business is a fraud and not transparent at all, picking up my lawnmower and did work on it that wasn't necessary, called me a week later to tell me it was done, yea sure, never informed me about what may be wrong with the lawnmower without discussing it with me and did unnecessary work, I would recommend you stay far away from this illegitimate business

Titans took a risk to help me with my 23 year old snowmobile. Replaced parts, cleaned carbs, replaced windshield on this old beauty for a very reasonable price and timely matter.
