Friendly and helpful staff especially with UPS and FedEx shipments. The staff went above and beyond to help.
I also value ordering on the Ace app and picking up in the Vermillion store. What a time saver! Ordering ahead of time on the Ace App allows me to order items that might not otherwise be available in store. So convenient to pickup. Great job!

I am the assistant manager at Kopetsky’s Ace in Yankton. I was on a motorcycle ride and needed the little eye glasses repair kit 2411866. I stopped in as I thought you would have the little gem. I was initially told you didn’t. An off duty employee, Greg, came out to the parking lot after I had exited the store asking me if this is what I was looking for- he had the repair kit in hand. He chatted with us for a bit about our trip. All I can say is Wow! Great customer service which is what we are about! Thank you to Greg! My ride was so much better with the repaired glasses.

The associates at this store are always very helpful and will bring me right to the aisle and item I’m looking for. They are perfect for someone like me that wants a smaller store and personalized service. They have a robust selection of items as well. It is rare I have to go to a larger hardware store.

Reece and Justin made shopping for, selecting, and ordering a new washer/dryer set a great customer experience. Delivery and installation went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Showed up on time, cleaned up and took the old appliances away! Professional and personable, explained what was going on and answered all questions.
