Great customer service! I first called to get more info and the receptionist answered all of my questions. I needed a unit with very short notice and she was able to get me one available the next day.

I needed a unit quickly and was able to get in, their customer service was above standard!! I appreciate the help they gave when setting up my rental unit!! It was a perfect transaction and unit was easy to access. Will rent from them again!! Thank you East River Storage!!

Extremity nice, quick,.. really just good people to work with. When I made an error they forgave me, when they made an error they fixed it.
