I thought my Subaru had broken down in Wagner so I went to these guys for help. I was told I needed a new key from the Subaru dealer two hours away in Sioux Falls. Had to pay an exorbitant out-of-pocket cost for the tow, got to the dealership, and they immediately discovered that the transponder in the key had fallen out of the fob. The transponder was in my wheel well the whole time. The mechanic in Wagner had stared right at the fob and could not tell anything was wrong. I was extremely frustrated and upset with Rog's. That kind of thing should be caught 10 out of 10 times by an experienced professional. I called the next day to express my frustration and my complaint was not taken seriously. I was laughed at and hurried along. Don't get fooled, these guys are jokers.

Will not mount tires unless you buy tires directly from them. In my case they did not have my tire size, and still declined my business to mount a couple tires I purchased on my own. I try to support local business first. I gave them the first opportunity to earn my money and they declined my business.Gnaye gnaska ha...

I lost a wheel seal late on a Thursday night while towing my travel trailer through town. They let me park the trailer in the back while they got me in first thing in the morning and got everything fixed up before noon. I also had them do a few other things for preventive maintenance. These guys are amazing! Thanks so much guys!

Rogs was very professional and dedicated to doing the job right.The work was very professionally done and in a very timely manner.They showed what had to be replaced when it was more than the wheel bearing.Very polite people and explained everything in detail.They are my fo to shop.Great job guys
