The meat seems good but the steaks are cut way to thin need to be thicker.

Wall Meats is 2 minutes from the residence inn in rapid city. Took advantage of the outdoor grills and weather and grabbed a couple rib eyes from Walls. Steaks were delicious! If you're passing through on I90 and want some of the best beef I've tasted give them a try.

I was in the Wall area for the deer season and needed my deer processed. It was the end of the day and after operational hours, but they were still there and took my deer. The other place in Phillip told me to come in the morning and I would not have the deer until Monday (4 days). Wal Meat Processing did it overnight. It was waiting for me when they opened in the morning and was able to drive back home to Minnesota that day. Thank you Wall Meat Processing!!! Great customer service!

***EDIT: Unfortunately, my second time, I cannot say the same. Very disappointed. From the very first package we opened to the one we opened yesterday.
My first experience with the business was nothing less than awesome. A small communication error that was more than likely my own fault for not keeping up on tasks is all I can complain about. They suggested and went out of their way to deliver a quarter beef I purchased from the Josh Geigle Ranch and they had it handled and over with...in my trunk in less than 1 minute. I'll definitely call on them again to handle meat processing. They had my meat butchered and processed within 1-3 days from my receipt info. Thank you for the superior customer service. You guys really made an exceptional mark. All I experienced from the rancher to the butcher is wonderful.

I purchased beautiful New York strips and rib eyes. Absolutely amazing! Service was great! Also had the opportunity to try their 45 day aged T-bone and rib eye….melt in your mouth. 30 people we served these steaks to, everyone was amazed and still talking about how good they were days later. Also rubbed them with the Excalibur rub available at the store. It was perfect. And the cheese curds were also off the charts. Highly recommend wall meat processing!
