“I went to this place while traveling over the road from Texas with my wife after noticing two of my box truck tires were completely worn and the thread was hanging out. Funds were very low due to gas and other travel fees. I went to this place and spoke with a guy I’m unsure of his name but I explained my situation and THIS GUY (a real life angel) did a good deed and replaced my two inoperable tires because he could not allow me and my wife to drive up to North Dakota under those horrible tire conditions. I just want to say THANK YOU AGAIN! It’s amazing to see that good people still exist in the world. Being an entrepreneur and always being the giver to find myself in this situation with my wife by my side was very scary as a man. This guy don’t understand what he did for me and I’ll never forget that. If I could rate this business more than 5 stars I would. He deserves all the great business coming his way. May God continue to Bless him for Blessing others.

“Stopped by the shop to inquire about getting a side repaired on a 2001 Dodge pickup. The staff was very friendly, and listened carefully to the details on the issue going on. They were efficient at being able to check it out, set up a time to look at it and within 30 minutes of the appointment they called me with the issue. They had to order a part, kept the vehicle over night and by early afternoon were finished with it. The price was under $200. I’d definitely recommend checking this shop out they’re friendly and get to the issue as quickly as they can and very efficient without overpricing. 10/10.”

“Last night I was on I-29 when it closed, and it had to be some of the worst weather I’ve ever driven through. My dash showed an issue with my tires, so I called first thing this morning to explain what happened. They immediately told me to head over and they’d take care of it.
When I say these guys are the BEST, I mean it sincerely. They checked everything, filled my tires, and even cleared the extremely thick layer of ice from my car and wheels after last night’s storm. Everyone there was unbelievably kind.
As a young woman in an unfamiliar town and already shaken up from the drive, I couldn’t have found a better place or kinder people to help me out. Thank you again, you truly made a stressful situation so much easier.”

“I purchased a truck from Sharp. Being as it was 12 years old I elected to buy an extended warranty (recommended by SHARP)that covered the ENGINE,DRIVE TRAIN and TRANSMISSION. I was told the warranty would cover the cost of replacing any or all that went wrong with the components (except for the $250 deductible.)Well in about a month the transmission failed and needed to be replaced. I contacted the warranty company and was told they would only pay for about 1/2 the replacement cost of the transmission. Sharp has refused to accept responsibility for any of the repair costs and has not responded to my phone calls. Very disappointed with them.
This is an update from my original post. After explaining the situation with my truck, Dave at Sharp Automotive went above and beyond to help me with my problem. The problem was solved and I am very pleased with how he handled it. He gave me his word that he would take care of it and he did. This is a great example of honesty and integrity and I will not forget it. I for sure will contact Sharp for my next vehicle purchase and I recommend others to do the same.”

“First time at Watertown location for auto care, and I'm happy to give a rave review. Was promptly greeted by the associate at the service counter (I think his name is Mike), and a guy who I think was the tech. That alone is a big deal, having been at another SD location where that isn't the norm. Went in for oil change and my lifetime tire rotation & balance. Was in & out in about an hour, and that was with a fairly steady stream of people coming through the door. I don't know if they're appointment based or FCFS, but I was a walk-in. Mike was patient while I was trying to make up my mind which oil change I wanted to purchase (I usually ask my dad that stuff before I go, but he was unavailable). He wasn't pushy or overtly up-selling, but did offer me the add-on products and a description. While waiting (in comfy clubs chairs, not a small wire bench), I discovered the cap on my soda bottle was not tightened all the way and had leaked all over the inside of my purse, including several papers I was carrying. Mike got me a bunch of paper towels and also informed me (in a friendly & helpful way, NOT in an annoyed-you're making a mess-get outta here way) that the bathrooms had dryers if I needed to dry my papers. After I was done with that, I asked him for a couple more paper towels so that I could clean the chair also. Without hesitation, he grabbed the roll and a cleanser spray. I told him it was my mess, I'd clean it up, but he reassured me that it was no inconvenience whatsoever. Even with customers coming through constantly, there was no sense of chaos. They handled each one efficiently, but without rushing anyone through. You can think that the customer service is basic, until you understand that hasn't always been my experience elsewhere. Thank you for making my day better!”

“Something from a Simi hit me a few weeks ago and Abra got me in through my insurance super quick! The second I got my car into the shop they gave me a loaner, which unfortunately someone hit me in and they were so understanding and great through the whole process, it doesn’t sound like much but Watertown Ford has been awful customer service before with me being a woman and 21 years old. I had two minor problems the same day of pickup and they fixed them immediately, I couldn’t have worked with greater people to fix my up. Choose Abra, I’ve never been more happy with vehicle repairs!”
