Cable and internet keeping going out. Just as worthless as vast. Had a tech here twice and my cable gets worst. Now no HD channels work. Now twice in two weeks the cable goes out in the middle of the night. Now all HD channels go out during the super bowl

They are incompetent of locating their mail I returned all equipment yet they can’t find it and trying to charge me 200 plus. I thought everything was good but they took weeks maybe longer and now it’s been months they keep bugging

Good, reliable internet. I just updated my network to the new Netgear Orbi 960. It is blazing fast with download speeds approaching 1 gb and upload speeds in the 40 to 60 mb range. This ISP delivers.

They do not send notifications on when video programming fees are going up or any other fee that may be going up in cost. If you plan to use an acp then don’t plan on getting much of a discount cause they find other areas to charge you to make up that discount.

They shut off my service without letting me know that there was a problem with the auto pay that they set up for me. No apologies, and also said I owed them money, which I was unaware of. BEWARE OF THE "SPECIALS" THEY OFFER - communication from customer service was very poor, with no explanation as to why I was never sent a text, email, letter, or left a note on my door, at the very least! DO NOT TRUST THEM... PERIOD!

Paid bill at office,, but never showed up as a credit to my account, their billing dept.got back to me immediately and solved the issue...very happy
