Associates worked with us very well. Very very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Our old frig had quit and they were amazing to deal with. Got our new one in and introduced. Were very careful bringing in new frig. Couldn’t be happier with their service!! Will use them for even the future!

Just bought a new dishwasher in April. Thermosat is not working and does not dry the dishes. Contacted Dugans June first, still waiting for a thermosat! Coming into the fourth and will be drying the dishes that come wet out of the dishwasher!! Whats the hold up!!! Grrrrrr

Had trouble with a washer we just bought. They sent a tech over after hours and took care of the problem. Tech that came was very professional and fixed the issue.
